Whychus Creek in Central Oregon. Just outside the town of Sisters, Oregon. Taken in the winter. There really wasn't a lot of snow, but this section of the river is in the bottom of a narrow valley and gets a lot less sun in the winter, so it stays iced over longer than the surrounding area.
